The first move took us a few years to finally decide to downsize from a house to a condo, and indeed it was not an easy decision to make. From the beginning of the packing, the moving to 3 different locations, and the revisions of the moving dates multiple times until we finally moved, Mat and his team have been constructive and patient in providing us with their expertise. In the second move, we are not the only ones affected by the pandemic. Our new condo has been repeatedly delayed, but Mat has coordinated for us promptly. After three times of revisions of the moving dates since November, we finally made it by the end of April. My family and I are pleased with their service. Although we are not planning to move soon, we do highly recommend his service to everyone who will be moving in the near future.
